Punched ovals, sponged with Spiced Marmalade, cut tree by hand. Used an old piece of SU dsp and a sheet from my dendritic experiment. Used a gold gel pen around top panel like stitching.
This is my card for the "It's lin My Favorites" challenge and this is the card from my Favs I chose, having this one in there for a long time, I'm finally trying out the idea of the punched ovals for branches.
I really should visit that resource more often.

Fun case of your inspiration card - This transported me back to the days when I lived in Japan - The gardner's worked daily at pruning the trees into many shapes but most often tufts of ovals especially over the VERY large (20 -30 ft tall) pine trees

Oh, I love your sweet tree! I think I need to try this too. It reminds me of the very sculpted trees on a couple of roundabouts when we were camping in the South of France this summer.

Now this is something else!! Wow how neat that you used ovals for the tree - that is really cool!
