Another combination, Chrissy's Cloudy Day Falliday Fest, September Christmas and my WTUI for this week.
I've seen this image so many times in the gallery and was thrilled to catch it on clearance this summer. Chrissy's challenge was the perfect time to ink it up. Followed her directions, let it dry then added glitter for the snow. Fussy cut the panel, the deckle scissors work great for the pine branches. Mounted the panel on dark blue cardbase. Stamped the sentiment trimmed it with the deckle scissors and popped it up with dimensional tape. Another Christmas card for my stash! TFL

Wow, what great cutting, Carla. I think it gives this a really old-fashioned Victorian feel, so in keeping with the image. I have an old magazine article somewhere on cards, must see if I can remember where. The simple black and white scheme makes for a classic card.

Beautiful card, Carla. You were lucky to find that on Clearance! I love those stamps that are a scene! Your addition of the sparkly snow really makes the scene come to life!
