Creating this topper was scary when I first read the directions. But after surviving the gesso part I found it fun. I don't have a Misti type tool and had never used my stamp positioner even though I have owned it for about 100 years or so so hoping that the ink I chose would stamp well enough to only need doing once I went to work. This elf stamp is one of my favorites and I tend to use him a great deal especially around Christmas. After following all the directions I finished off the topper with a layer of ruffled ribbon and then some candy cane striped ribbon to match the treats in the jar. Fun!
