Lee had a great Iced Leather technique challenge for Falliday Fest! Come play! I had never done this before. So, I never plan a card, just start in. LOL I chose soft suede, because it sounds like leather! Then after sanding, applying the glue, then the heat & Stick, then the glitter it just looked like it needed Lovely as a tree on here! LOL So, I looked on Pinterest and found a card that used the trees on a dark color, so I was more confident.
Well, because I don't plan I was stamping on glitter! That was a mess! But thanks to good advice from Alpha Sis Melody, (Lacyquilter) several months ago, I just applied masking tape to my ink pad till all the glitter came up off the pad! Thank you Melody!
Anyway, kind of a monochromatic card, for which I am known for, I think.
Thank you Lee; it was fun!
And this is for my I card for Alpha Challenge, no double this time.
Thanks for looking.

This is so beautiful Sharon. Actually, it is downright magical with this snow swirling around the trees. I am shocked to learn you were able to stamp after doing all the "sugaring" on your card. Thank you for sharing Melody's great advice about using tape to get glitter off an ink pad- I need to do that to one of my ink pads now! I love the organza ribbon you used on this card too- it is just gorgeous Sharon! ~Karen.

Beautiful! I love the results of the sparkly sky, just like a miriad of stars! The tree image is the perfect scene for this sky. I love that gorgeous ribbon too.
