I started at the bottom with my lightest peach/pink distress ink and rubbed the pad directly across the paper in a jagged method. Then I took a shade lighter and did the same thing an inch or so higher, going over the previous ink as well. I covered the paper using varying shades, let it dry, and misted with water. The cattails and dragonflies are from a pearl paper sent to me by a friend, as was the glitter gold sentiment. TFL

Love catty nine tails! You know, around here, if they remove those for construction, they have to replace some somewhere else. They are marsh plants and attract many helpful things like butterflies!

Ohhh this is fabulous with all the glitter and sparkle! I loved how you made the background. It looks a bit like alcohol inks background. I will have to try this..
