I am not sure what to call this technique. I rubbed oxide inks onto one side of my embossing folder, spritzed it with water and then smashed my paper in between the folder. I love the option for my embossing folders. They make terrific backgrounds. Then I stamped the silhouetted flowers over that and the sentiment.

I think it's just called inked embossing folders (?!) your background came out great using the colors - the perfect backdrop for your pretty silhouette stampings!
