This is for the Free 4 All Challenge - encouraging words. This challenge came at a good time for me, as I need to make two sympathy cards. This first card is going to our niece and her husband as we received news that his grandfather passed on. I tried to make it a little more on the masculine side with the colors, the embossing and using a knot instead of a bow. I love this stamp set for this wonderful sentiment. Knowing that someone cares enough to send some love & sympathy at difficult time is very encouraging. I made another similar one to have on hand. TFL

That is a wonderful card and I like the knot instead of bow. The blues are beautiful.

I'm sorry too that you had a reason to need such a card, but wow it is wonderful. Diane, this is one of the loveliest sympathy cards I have seen. Your colour palette is suitable for anyone, your delicate stamping looks like watercolouring and the knot instead of a bow is a superb touch. Pinned and faved.
