TLC655 Pumpkin Place Cards. What a fun technique! I had glue strings all over everything. I found some twigs and acorns in the yard and used them on top of my pumpkin. I had a leftover burlap doily from another project for the base. The twig didn't want to stay up, so I added sprigs of autumn berries and pine ones, and a whole lot of twine and hot glue.
This was fun! TFL

Well, the burlap doily couldn't be more perfect, so in keeping with your fun pumpkin. Just love those tiny acorns and the little cones - you have a great yard ;-).

How fun this pumpkin turned out and doubly fun to be able to pick up so many of the embellishments in your own yard - I'd never find bits like that in El Paso! Well done, Kandie!

Love this pretty pumpkin and how you've decorated it with things from your yard. The twine looks great, also.

Love your pumpkin place card...love the rustic look you've achieved using elements from your yard. The burlap flower buds and twine add such GREAT texture!
