Lisa has challenged us today to use old stamps that we still love. I added a little twist to today's challenge, I wanted to use only my oldest stamps and use some that I've never used on a card before.
This is the oldest stamp that I own. I've had it for 7 years. I bought it to use to add a little flair to the envelopes for my wedding invitations (I stamped it in pink on my orange envelopes). Since I bought this for my wedding, I decided I had to make a wedding card.
I stamped it all over with Versa Mark and embossed with glitter powder. Then I chose this stamp from Four Frames that I've never used. I've had this set for almost two and a half years. I inherited it and many others from my friend and my card making obsession officially began. I colored it very lightly with pink and added Wink of Stella, then fussy cut and also fussy cut a frame of darker silver around it. I toyed with the idea of adding ribbon, but I had to get to work. I do like it as is, though.

Oh my your fussy cutting on that fame is terrific and the softness in the coloring is just perfect. I love the stamps you used and what a great memory to add to making this and using them for another wedding card. So glad to see that you are able to use older images from your collection. Thank you for playing along.

Howdy neighbor!!! Seven years! I can't even remember. Our 54th is tomorrow!! Your card is beautiful with the sparkly impressed bg, and the image that matches the punch is so pretty. Lovely wedding card, mf.

A beautiful card and stamp. How special that you used it for your wedding invitations. I bet they were beautiful, too. I am visualizing the pretty orange and pink colors.
