I saw this sketch when I went to bed last night and I knew I had to put this bubble wrap bg to work for me. I changed the panel to a rectangle so I could use the sentiment. The bubble wrap backgrounds remind of fish scales....

Wonderful bubble-wrap watercolor bg and panel...love the embossed dots on the two in bg. Love your multi-color b-w panel hosting that wonderful sentiment...so heartwarming!

Wow, love those colors! The bubble wrap BG does look like fish scales somewhat! Using the dotted EF with this panel really pulls the bubbles throughout the card!

This is a wonderful card, Pam. Your background is beautiful - love that technique. And that is just such a great sentiment. My DD could use a card like that now; may have to head over to Unity.
