I had so much fun making this card. The best part was figuring out how to do a romantic couple from one mummy figure. I ended up cutting the head off one image and turning it upside down so "she" could look lovingly at the "boy" mummy. I drew on a bit of eyelashes and some lips. Then I cut them both in half so I could make them bend over a bit.
Then I changed up the label on the flask to be Love Potion #9.
I had to put a bunch of spooky tree limbs to cover up a mis-stamp.
Sponged the bg first and water distressed before I put it all together and stamped the limbs.
Hugz,
Nancy

That's some super stamping right there! How cool! Love how adeptly covered up mistakes with tree branches that look like they belong there. But most of all, I'm amazed by your simple edits of your stamped images to make them suit your card. Brilliant!

Oh my goodness, you pulled out all the stops in order to make this fabulous Halloween card, and I LOVE everything about it. I would never in a million years have cut a head off and turned it upside down like this, and the results are perfect. Thank you for the great inspiration. Your incredible background and this Love Potion #9 are great supporting elements for your scene, and your sentiment is a hoot! ~Karen.

Really adorable and punny, Nancy. You have created a fun nighttime scene....and colored and designed it perfectly. Love the "loving look" of the "she" and how you accomplished that.

Fun Halloween card with so many good stamps to bring it together. Your mummies remind me of the time my youngest son was all wrapped up as a mummy.
