A quick card for Judy's Speedy Cards for Good Causes TLC challenge today. This would actually be quite quick to produce a run of, what really slowed me down today was only having a small space on my desk because I'm in the middle of a WT sample. But, having decided to leave washing the floors till I get home from work, I had time to fill the brief of a speedy card.
Background stamp inked and misted, stamped, inked again, stamped, inked again and stamped. By using a piece of kitchen towel to absorb any remaining moisture after each stamping, I eliminated drying time. Trimmed panel down and added a die-cut border and seahorse, and stamped the verse. As I edited the photo, I think I'll add a tiny pearl or something to the seahorse's eye. This could be done without taking as much time as sponging to add extra depth would.
And I'll send it out this week...

Beautiful--but that background doesn't look quick. You did give some great tips for speeding it up, though! That sentiment is perfect and you made me buy that stamp!

Sabrina, this is gorgeous. What a fab bg and sentiment and waves. Wonderfully done.
