We had a choice of colors this week. I chose the tangelo twist, soft sky, tranquil tide and vanilla (so pretty) with a dessert of die cut or punch.
I die cut the vanilla piece. Die cut three borders on an angle. Cut and glued tangelo and tide pieces behind the outer border cuts. (Cutting and placing the solid tangelo and tide pieces for the backings was more trouble then I had imagined.) Glued the vanilla to the sky base. Stamped, colored and die cut the butterfly. Die cut the flourish and glued to the back of the butterfly and then to the vanilla. Stamped the sentiment.
This is my last week as a guest designer. Thank you to the Challenge team and everyone who joined us over the past month!

WOW! I'm lovin' how you met this color challenge! Love those lacy open curved dies that let the challenge color peek through and that marvelously colored butterfly to finish it off just perfectly! Straight to my FAVs!

This has a very free feeling with the die cuts going up towards the edge of the paper, and that beautiful butterfly flying about freely. Very lovely with your choice of colors!!
