Today, I got a chance to play with one of my new stamps and some supplies from my recent Shophop tour through parts of New England. This card is in honor of this week's featured stamper Christine's card here
I also used a Penny Black stamp, but a different image and colors. I first stamped my partially inked Script stamp with some Cloudy Sky Stazon ink. Then I inked my flower stamp with some Distress inks and my SU Mossy Meadow ink. The Mossy Meadow was a mistake. I used a slightly wet brush to blend the distress inks, but the Mossy Meadow would not move after it dried. So I picked up some ink with a wet brush and added some blending and then toned down the darker ares with a light green pencil. I just bought some Pearl texture paste and used that along with some glitter and sequins for sparkle and shine. I sponged on some additional color.
