This is for the Alphabet Challenge – Letter B and Jeanne’s Free 4 All Challenge to put a bow on it. For Letter B: Blossom, Bravo Burgundy color, Brayer for the Wax Paper resist technique and I put a Bow on it.
Everything that is StampinÂ’ Up on my card is retired, except the Whisper White cardstock. IÂ’m continuing to use up retired supplies, so I cased one of my older cards. ItÂ’s fun to play with old stamps and colors with the newer tools. I havenÂ’t done the wax paper resist in a while; it was also enjoyable to revisit that technique. I made a Big Batch of these for my monthly SU! card club exchange. The theme was flowers. Thanks for looking! Have a Beautiful day and Be creative.

This is beautiful Diane! I love that blossom from Heartfelt Thanks and like the colors you have used here. Your wax paper resist turned out beautifully too.

I have this stamp set out to use and so I am enjoying seeing your card. Love the colors too! I might just have to case this one, Diane! It is so pretty.

I love using up "old" things (and sometimes new to me from yard sale finds) with new techniques or colors too, Diane! Your layout and flower are simple, yet very effective! I Adore single flowers; to me they make a huge statement! Using the ef & emboss resist technique makes this "new" again!

Hey, I have that stamp set. This makes me want to take it out and play with mine. You did a lovely job with your color choices and your bow turned out perfectly. TFS!

Gorgeous card Diane! I love how you have taken this "oldie, but goodie" flower stamp and used it in a new and modern way! You have really packed a lot of techniques into this one gorgeous card, and it shows! I just pulled this stamp set out myself because you have inspired me to use this now! Yay! ~Karen.
