This is for Lydia's challenge, as well as being inspired by the colors in this image on our inspiration site today. I am so drawn to color - and the alcohol inks seemed to match so beautifully.
I have been having lots of fun smooshing with my alcohol inks on yupo paper - thanks to videos from Loll Thompson !
After creating this dramatic bg, I took a panel that was exactly the same size as my card front, die cut the cattails scene (Graceful Cattails Die) in this panel, stamped the sentiment, then backed this panel with my bg and adhered both to the card front.

OMG Maura...Absolutely Stunning my friend..Wow!! Your alcohol ink background turned out beautifully and is the perfect background for your wonderful die cut cat tails. I think I need to add the die to my wishlist! TFS and joining our CAS Mix Up Challenge. It is my 1st time to host one of our CAS Mix Up Challenges. I sure have learned a lot about the ends and outs from Loll and Bonnie. So many details and to think they have 2 challenges a month to make happen! Hugs..

The colours are amazing, Maura. So vibrant and love how the colours flow together. Perfect with the beautiful white cat tails die. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
