Hello,
This looks pretty tropical to me, eh? I got inspiration from this plus a lot of those pins were full of color and full of flowers!
There are two layers of Fun Foam between the frame and the base to really make it stand out. I stuck the fiber between layers. I actually used a bit of a bag from avocados too, see the green on the right side of the oval?
Thanks for looking!

Wow, this is beautiful but sooooo much coloring. Well worth the time and effort for the viewer. The fish are fabulous with those flowing fins and that hint of sparkle on them. It looks like they are swimming in and out of the flowers. Great tropical card.

Robin, this is EXQUISITE! There just are no really words to describe how exquisite this is! Your coloring...exquisite; your layout...exquisite; your idea for fiber to fill your gaps, looking like seaweed...exquisite; your fish with their sparklies...exquisite; and your flowers...absolutely exquisite! Love everything about this!
