I started by die cutting a watercolor paper. For the background I used watercolor markers to make the rainbow sky. Next I stamped the fairies and the sentiment. A fairy card can't be complete without glitter and sparkle and so I used Tsukineko All Purpose Ink in Platinum and Gold colors to make the splashes and to color in the wings, glitter spray to add some more sparkle and glossy accents on the wings of the fairy. Lastly I used pearls which I painted with Gold Sharpie pen.

This is so pretty, and I love the frame you used. One just has to love rainbows, they are beautiful and when mixed with fairies and bling........win..:0)...TFS..:0)
