When I saw Cathy's sketch, I saw opportunity. Opportunity to make a space cat card! I can't describe why, but I just get such a kick out of this guy.
Oh boy did I have fun making this card. I started with the outer space background, but I really struggle with paint splatter. I just can't get good looking splatter. Then I cut a big moon and sponged on some craters using the Tim Holtz Splatter Stencil. I cut the two planets from some shaving cream background that I had hanging around and finished off with this way cool space cat. You can find him on Etsy in the LePetiteMarket shop.
