I had an idea for Lydia's challenge and it actually came out better than expected! I love when that happens. Lydia's challenge could have gone a thousand different ways but I know somewhere in there I saw a fish and rainbow colors so this is what I came up with.
I started by stamping the fish using different colors of Distress oxide ink then spritzed the entire panel with water to let the colors bleed a little. While that dried I made the little piece behind the shaker window...I smeared Distress Oxide ink onto a piece of acetate, spritzed with water then smooshed WC paper into it until I was happy with the results. I added two seaweed diecuts to the background piece so it would show through the shaker window once assembled.
You will never guess Lydia's challenge as it doesn't necessarily involve fish and rainbows (LOL) so why not just go to the Dare to Get Dirty forum and find out for yourself: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
