For this week's winter in July free-for-all challenge. I sponged the panel with distress blues, stamped the snowflakes with blueprint sketch, then water-stamped the flourishes. Fun technique.
I don't know who made the silly little snowmen and the sentiment. I've had them in my files so long that they've gone all gooey/sticky, so I'm guessing they were among the first clear sets produced.
My teacher heart shivers without the necessary commas, capitals, apostrophe, and period. Eh!

Sounds like a very cool technique for the background! Your little snow couple look a little chilly with all that blue, but the little red heart is bringing some warmth! Sweet card!

I love your card and write-up and now seems the right time to say that I used to worry when I commented on your cards knowing you are a teacher. I realise you are retired, but once a teacher, always a teacher. A high school teacher changed my life forever....I hope you know how special you are!

Love this stamp and I totally understand about the missing punctuation. The stamp is so super cute that I think we can look past the missing punctuation. Very lovely card.
I think this is so precious. The little couple are so sweet and the blue background you used is perfect. I had to laugh at your comment about punctuation, etc. I had to admit I am the worlds worst. LOL!

Beautiful background with that great technique. I also love the heart shaped rhinestone embellishments matching so sweetly with the heart in the stamped image. Wonderful card!
