I created this background by smearing Distress Oxide inks onto a piece of Saran Wrap then spritzing with water before putting it over a piece of watercolor paper. Once dried, I used the hugs die to cut the word out in the center of the panel. I cut four additional hugs which were then stacked and glued on top of each other to create some dimension. I topped it off the with the original cut piece then a skinny white diecut. I added a few Nuvo drops and some scattered stamped hearts to complete.
