I really like today's SC but I didn't want to cut my circle! I chose to give some love to this tree that I hardly ever use. I always think I can't color it 'properly'. But I think I did a good job of it today with my WCW crayons & blender pens. I dabbed on Garden Green, Old Olive, Wild Wasabi & So Saffron for the leaves & grass. Soft Suede & Chocolate Chip color the trunk. Then I sponges around the circle with Marina Mist & GG. Then I wished I'd used my stitched circle dies. Oh well ... The tree is popped up on craft foam.
This was fun for me today even though it felt like 100 degrees in my stamp room.
Thanks for stopping by.

Karen, I love the crisp, clean look of your card. Pretty colors and the sturdy oak that you colored is wonderful. This would be a terrific card for either sex.

The minute I clicked on this I thought how beautifully that tree is colored - I never feel like I can do it justice, either! I'd say you nailed it today!

Your tree is magnificent and I don't blame you for not wanting to cut off any of the circular framing . . . . I had never thought to stamp on craft foam but I love the look you got on this. Well done!

Lovely work, you should be overjoyed with this beautifully colored classic tree. And, you are right to not cut your circle if you don't want to - it's your circle and it look great on this card.
