I love mermaids! First stamped the image on Pool Party, then again on white card stock. Colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut image and added it over the blue. Highlighted bubbles with white gel pen. For the background I used my Gelli plate with Liquitex acrylic paints of light blue and Naples yellow, some doily stencils, and added white craft ink highlights with the tip of an eraser. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts mermaid set.
I need to stop buying mermaid stamps but it seems I am unable to

Joanne, your mermaid is just adorable and I like the wavy water in the tub. Too, too cute!
