The pink on pink plaid had a little surprise in it for me. I drew the lines with Melon Mambo Marker on Melon Mambo cardstock. To soften the lines, I brushed over them with my AquaPainter (with water in it.) It worked beautifully--so I had the better control of the marker while I was drawing and ended up with the soft look of watercolor at the end. Best of both worlds!
The black and white plaid BG was inspired by a lady I saw at church yesterday wearing black and white.
I think this stamp is perfect for an adoption congrats.

Bold and beautiful!! I love how this is paired with the subtle plaid heart and yes, the sentiment is perfect for an adoption!
A side note, thank you for your kind words, I've missed visiting SCS, the talented and gifted participants.

Oh my gosh, Beverly, this is fabulous! I love the pink on pink and the black and white. What a great idea to just use the black in different thicknesses to the stripe. Genius!
