Although I have not read a "Midsummer's Night Dream", I have read other Shakespearean plays. Our Dueling Darlings for July are Paola and Heather whom both hail from Canada. July 1st marked Canada's 150th Birthday and we were to incorporate a maple leaf somewhere on our card. We were also to find a spot for a fairy on our card. I originally colored a fairy image sent to us from Paola. When I was finished, my son said she looked like a clown! I threw in the towel and used the die cut image instead. My most used Shakespearean quotes/phrases are "Wild-goose chase" and "Eaten me out of house and home". This was a fun challenge and TFL!

Well, despite your impression of the fairy image, I love your card!!! (and I bet it did NOT look like a clown, LOL). Super job with the papers and die cuts. Just lovely.

Gorgeous card, Terry! Love all the detail and using the sentiment on the front was a lovely subsitution for your fairy image. Great use of all the embellishments. Love it!!!
