Wonderful take on the sketch! Love the ocean theme with the three fish & coral shapes. Also, love the bubble embossing and stenciling. The blue color variation is awesome. Terrific card.

Love your embossed and sponged bg...looks like water with bubbles...and repeated in your middle band in larger dots. Three sea life elments are perfect in meeting this challenge's' requirements.
