Pretty easy once I figured out what would go behind the die cut swirl. I tried a piece of the TLC paper, but it wasn't right. Ended up with score tape and glitter. You should see the driveway, it sure does sparkle!
The celebrate is cut 4 times, once with a scrap of the TLC645 paper. I also cut a star from the TLC scrap, it has the scor-tape on top so I could glitter that up, too!
