This isn't a bg stamp, but I use it as one. It's been asking to be used, so it was perfect for the use a background stamp challenge.
This time I jacked it up a notch by using the inlaid technique. There are 3 more layers under the top embossed thanks.
Here's a hint, make sure you have a clean piece of paper underneath when die cutting. I didn't, so there are a few scratched and or paper thread stuck in the embossed parts.
After die cutting, you will want to reheat the embossed areas again. Not too much, a little bit will do. You have to remember to save the negative pieces and put those back in. I used a sheet of double sided adhesive to make this easier.
Glue all the thanks together and put back in. Don't forget the negative pieces.
