I started with a vintage pre-printed envelope from the 80's which had the background colors and graphics of the Liberty B and stars. I colored the bell with pencils, and a mix of metallic water colors, distress paint and stains. I added all the fireworks and words to the envelope, embossing in glittered EP. Touched up the stars with a little EP shine. The recipient may use this envelope for future mailing, by addressing the other side, which is also decorated a little bit.

Beautiful! This has everything associated with Independence Day. I love the Liberty bell and all of the sparkles. That is such a neat envelope. Thanks for participating. TFS
