Creating the sketch was the most difficult part of this card. The butterfly was made last year, the leaves die cut last year, and the flowers, they were done more than a year ago. The flower have been sitting on my table for several weeks, looking for the perfect opportunity to be used. Today was that day.
I got to use my new MFT Script stamp again, whoohoo. That's on the wonky square, panel # 2.
All but the leaves and flowers have had their edges inked with the Victorian Velvet, the whole butterfly was also done using the VV
Thanks for a great Sketch Challenge!

Jennifer, you have such a wonderful color sense. This is gorgeous in the soft, muted colors and with the added sheen. Lovely shading on your vellum flowers. You pulled all these "saved elements" together so beautifully.

Oh, what a beautiful creation this is! The vellum flowers with the delicate white foliage are perfection, as is your lovely butterfly. The colors are just gorgeous.

The gray & pink combo is SO pretty, Jennifer! I love the attention to detail with the palest bit of gray script behind the flowers and the pearls makes this a lovely feminine card.

Fabulous take on the sketch. It's terrific that you used things from your stash! You combined all the elements so nicely. Love the embossed & die-cut flowers. Looks like vellum? The die-cut stems add a lovely touch. Pretty butterfly. Love the "wonky" edges of the rectangle. Well done! TFS

What a wonderful job you did, Jennifer, in developing this lovely card with "spare parts"! I love the colors, sheen, flowers, and your approach to the sketch challenge!
