For Polly's MIX challenge, I used a chevron Stencil I've had for a while and 1st time using it. I used distressed ink with a blending tool, then outlined the blue with gold & copper colored glitter gel pens free hand.
The die cut label also has a chevron pattern and placed turquoise color CS behind it to see it better.
The ribbon is a mini polkadot, one of my favorite patterns; I think it looks pretty good with the chevron bg. Finished with 2 mini flowers on the heat embossed sentiment.
This card along with an iris from my garden will go to my sister for her birthday.

Your chevron bg done with a stencil turned out spectacularly! Really a lovely card. I like how your tiny floral DP on the back panel ties in so well with your sentiment.
