I wanted to make a masculine or at least gender neutral thank you card so I reached for my trusty Authentique paper pad -- I will be sad when I finally use it all up! All the papers on this card are from the pad. I chose a stripe and a pin-dot for the card front, which I cut to size and attached to a pre-made white card. I used a stripe from a piece with all different stripes on it as the "ribbon" divider between the two patterns. (Both the stripe and tiny dot remind me of oxford cloth shirts!)
I then flipped over the leftover pieces of the two patterns and used my fancy label dies to cut a dark and light one and layered them together, and stamped the sentiment on it. I thought it looked a wee bit plain so I used denim ink to stamp the ornament twice, facing each other on the light blue part of the card, then used foam tape to attach the sentiment piece.
Thanks for your inspiring card and gallery, and congrats again on your Featured Stamper status, Shirley!

Thank you so much for joining in on the FS challenge and for your sweet words! You made a great masculine card, I love the designer papers and the label die you used. Great card design!
