I used the Faux Silk method for my card using a flag napkin. I glued the napkin onto black cardstock and added stick on pearl embelleshments to some of the stars and to the Hero Arts Stems as flowers. The vintage Music is cut and glued onto the white stripes of the flag. Thanks for looking.

OOh, neat card. Really catches the eye and I can see you went to quite a bit of trouble to make it. Good job!
------------------------------ How did I get along before I found this wonderful addiction?
I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.

Awesome. The technique turned out fantastic. Love the musical score strips. The pearls are a nice touch. Your effort paid off with this great card. TFS

Carol you are a sight for sore eyes!!! I love love love this card - it is beautifully done!! By the way ... if you sign up for a number on TeaPotter's thread your card is perfect for that challenge this week. I am hosting it, and my challenge is for flag colors or your country's flag. We send our cards out to each other this week. If you are interested here is a link for the thread to get a number.
