For Jan's Flag It Up!! Tickle a Teapotter challenge. We were to be inspired by the colours of our national flag. I actually ended up with two cards - because I had a new Paris stamp and a French mother, I made a French tricolor as well as this Irish card.
I used markers to colour and stamp the cat on white card. Layered it onto a white Lacey Squares, and popped that up on some dot-embossed white on a white base. To finish I add some little banners cut in green and orange scraps. I backed them with light card in case the embossed dots started to make them look dotty too .

So elegant with the tiny orange and green flags echoed in the grass and flower. I was not familiar with the Art Neko line and this prompted me to check out their products. This is a sweet kitty stamp.
