oooh I have had this gorgeous card in my favorites since Jari posted it... and today I learned I have die envy (again, what else is new right? ;) ) So, changes were the color and the dies, on this one it was a rectangle mat and I cut in in half lengthwise and flipped the edges to the center to give it that ruffled lacy look. I did layer this to the original mat edge too so that I had something to wrap the lace around. There is only glue on the solid edges of the diecut too so the lace is helping hold it together.
