Love this CAS challenge. I finally got to use this stamp I got last year at the Stamp Expo. I've been a bit intimidated because it requires water coloring. I am experimenting with water color pencils, which I really like. I grew up on the ocean and now am land locked. have great memories of long beach walks and lazy days with friends and family. I cased this card for the layout ideas. SUO175_CAS427 The Wilderness Awaits by Julie Gearinger at Splitcoaststampers. Thanks for looking.

Yes, it does bring back beach memories with that very nostalgic card. I like the way you used the scallops to reflect the sun's rays. It is always a challenge to try a new medium but you seem have caught on pretty darn quickly. Great job.

I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.

Soft & pretty reflective sunset I like how you've taken the scene ooutside the edges of the frame and the use of scallops for the spotlighting (rather like the edges of a lacy shell)

Extending the colors of the focal image out to the edges of the card makes a very interesting background. your water coloring with the pencils looks great!
