Obviously, I went with circles - cut my image on a circle, used the Bokeh Background technique (over a cling-wrap background) to add more circles, and then stamped a couple of extra bubbles to float off the image panel.
An antidote to life just now, I think bubbles are happy-making so I knew I wanted to use one of my bubble stamps. This one is stamped on white card, coloured the elephant with Polychromos pencils and blended with Zest-It, used Mermaid Markers for the grass and flowers.
Brusho Acrylic Mists (shimmering turquoise, lime green and lemon) with starch for the background. Had to wait for it to dry before using a stencil, white pigment ink and white acrylic paint to add the bokeh effect. Distressed the edges and added to a plain white base. Stuck on the elephant and bubbles, and finished off with a sentiment.

Wow Sabrina, you are on a roll with fun, happy cards. This one seems to float right off the page with all the bubbles. Such pretty bg colors and I love how the broken technique turned out.
