Once a week I read a little chapter in the book "50 Truths Worth Knowing" and then use it as a basis for making a card. Today's story is about Tony, who recognized the importance of knowing the stories of his ancestors and sharing them so future generations will also know them.
To make that happen, he spent some time with his aunt Florence, getting her to record 100 years of history. He treasures that cassette even more since his aunt passed away the following year.
It's a good reminder to us, not just to live our lives, but to live them in a way that future generations will benefit from hearing our stories. And of course... we need to tell those stories!
