I'm the challenge hostess for today and we are using "u" or "you" or even the homophone "ewe", if you want to get really cute! On my card, I have the sentiment "you are appreciated" embossed in the center of the guitar. It's teacher appreciation week and my daughter's 5th grade teacher plays guitar. He has taught his students numerous songs and they all sing on Friday afternoons.
I found a great pin of a guitar card on Pinterest and modified it to make it look more like the guitar that belongs to my daughter's teacher.
Now, it is your turn to show me what you can do with "u"!
Thanks for looking!

Fab card, Toni! I keep meaning to make one of this for DH - at least it wouldn't take up as much space as the 4 guitars hanging around the house, rolls eyes. Those brads and strings look just great, and the bridge. I bet your DD's teacher will be wowed by this.
p.s - we actually, believe it or not, have a gallery for guitar cards because there's a tutorial in Resources, so I'll pop this in there to add to the pool of inspiration.

Great guitar Toni and wonderful sentiment. I bet your daughter's teacher will be wowed by this card! I love the great teacher appreciation cards and gifts your school is doing for the teachers. Great way to let the teachers know how much they mean to everyone.
This is awesome! I need one of these for my hubby.

Teacher will love this card and your daughter will be so proud to give it to him. Those strings look so real, I wanted to reach up and pick them. Super card!
