For the Mix challenge we were to do a twisted black magic technique. This was new to me and I really like the results!
I sponged Daffodil Delight, melon Mambo, and Island Indigo on white cs. Then stamped my image using Versamark ink. Embossed with clear embossing powder and then covered the paper with Memento Black ink using the direct to paper method. After burnishing with a paper towel, the background is the result. I love it!
I added the embossed sentiment but kept everything pretty simple to see the fabulous background. I did add a few dots with a white gel pen. I'm also entering this in this month's background gallery.
Thanks for looking!
