We always called this Joseph's Coat but hey, what's in a name. I really like this technique but I really did not have time to make a nice card with it. I might work with it later.

What's not nice about this, Robin! I think feathers are perfect for this technique (it's Joseph's Coat to me too) - several of my historic fails over the years have used feathers.
