I used the spray starch because my cling wrap is cheap and doesn't cling well. But spray starch didn't help hold it any better than water. when I removed the cling wrap it was still a little bit wet. So I used my heat tool to finish the drying

I don't think the starch particularly helps the cling hold, it just acts as a medium to dilute and blend the colours, at least that was my assumption. I could be wrong! You don't want it to cling too much because it's the wrinkles that great such fab texture. Your piece is gorgeous, Kathy. I know it's green rather than blue but I think it would make a fab underwater scene. But it's certainly lovely enough to carry the card, along with the big sentiment.
