I took an idea from Carol (BobbiesGirl) & ran with it. A good friend & I share our birth date so this will be for her. I really like how this turned out using Barbara's wonderful colors from yesterday. I fussy cut 3 flowers after sponging & popped them up. I'm not sure who the die 'belongs' to.

Beautiful spotlight effect, this is marvelous! Great stamp image, it lends a hand drawn look that works so well for the technique you chose. Just beautiful!
