unusual border, I made my border with drinking straw and paper straw, the background is made with "te gekke krijtjes" that are special wax crayons which you can use with turpentine to make pretty backgrounds, I made the golden dots with gold modeling pasta and a stencil and my fingers...I'm a bit more worth now...then I added the inked butterfly die cut (which I had on my desk since a while) and finally I made the borders with the straws and the flowers

That is a very unusual and very clever border, Anita! It looks great, especially combined with the threads and the little flowers. You've certainly got plenty of mixed media too with the gold paste and the lovely soft crayon background.
