I sponged the water first then added the poppy leaves, which looked like ocean plants to me, then stamped the fish with versamark. I heat embossed black ep. I colored the images with Zig watercolor brushes. I added dazzling details to the fish and wink of stella to the plants. I put my hand in water and spritzed it onto the background to make bubbles. I cut out the sentiment and added it to the card.

What a great underwater scene. The water drops on the distress really created such a cool bubbly background for your sparking fish. And the leaf stamp makes great weed. I finally remembered that I used a peony leaf die for mine!

This is a wonderful undersea scene. Your fish and seahorse are so lovely and vibrant and your water background is lovely. I agree, the leaves do look like an ocean plant.
