A sample card for this week's S2S17O challenge, to use a road map. I've been having internet connectivity issues, so didn't get this uploaded in time to add it to the challege.
I recently went on vacation with my son and family and made a road trip from Austin to Taos Ski Valley, in NM, a 16 hour road trip. Of coarse, seeing as the new generation uses GPS, there were no actual maps involved, but I had an old road Atlas and tore out the piece that had our New Mexico destination on it. I sponged the torn edges with memento London Fog and moounted the map on the flip side of my dp, which was a blue. I added a die cut sentiment and flower and a button with some white yarn.

What a great idea to use a little piece of the road map. We have an old road Atlas book which is falling apart, lol... Love your dsp as well. Great distressed thank you card, Ina. (I was thinking of you the other day and wondering how you were doing, so when I saw your name in the recent uploads, I checked in for a peak and to say hello.)
