I don't know of this is acceptable for the challenge, I made a dance scene, the dancer is playing with a hoop and confetti is falling from the ceiling , I made the background with wax crayon shavings which I ironed between 2 sheets of bakingpaper I stamped the dancer and made the hoop with covered iron thread and used a feather around it, maybe I went a bit too far with this card...TFL

Ah, I like the idea of melting the wax between two sheets of paper, that must give a nice thin coating and a beautiful finish. I've only ever tried it in a frying pan lined with tin foil to protect it, and it gives a very lumpy result. The bright colours in the background and the soft pink of the feather are a great contrast.
