This is for the WT challenge, to use tape and for the sketch challenge, also. I used a strip of the DP, applied double stick tape and then poured on micro beads, for the vertical accent piece. The sentiment and die cut border pieces were cut from a piece of smooshed watercolor paper I made, using spiced marmalade and cracked pistachio distress inks. The flower and leaves were die cut from mixed media paper, stamped with lightly misted inks and attached. The DP is by Kaisercraft and the main panel is popped up with foam tape.

This is absolutely lovely! When sifting through techniques and tutorials, I did see the application of tape and microbeads. This is an excellent choice for today's challenge!

The microbead accent is great - I must remember that, because I am trying to use some of mine up. Thanks for the inspiration - and for sharing such a pretty card in the gallery. The flower and DP have and old-fashioned feel to them, but the lovely die-cut border brings them right up to date.

What gorgeous designer paper used on this beautiful card, Sue! I love the micro beads on the vertical strip; very creative! The floral die cut is beautiful and this is a great response to both challenges!
