I uploaded from my phone, then realized it was time to make dinner!
Sabrina asked that we do Black Magic again for everything old is new again. I tried it on Perfect Plum today & I like how it turned out. I use a simple image, colored with Inktense pencils. Stamped & punched the butterfly; turned it over, laid it on the stamp to get some ink on the backside. Folded it in half, added wire feelers. Attached it to some twine.
I'd like to know how you all keep a white gel pen working. I've had many & different brands but after a bit they just don't work. I do store them horizontal.
Fun challenge Sabrina! Thanks.

Karen, another sweet creation! I love the simplicity of the flower and the beauty of the twine and butterfly together! Well done, my friend!

Very pretty, love the addition of the butterfly! ! I have problems with gel pens too, this time I was able to wipe off the tip and tap it a couple times and the ink came out, but this was the third one I tried.

Lovely colored flower and clever technique for your butterfly!!
I know what you mean about gel pens. I find that sometimes I need to scribble on scrap paper while I'm working with it to keep the ink flowing. I store my gel pens upright with tip up.

Your flower looks sweet and I love the way you've used that butterfly, sometimes a side-on view is just what you want and I don't have very many like that. I usually scribble on the back of my hand or dip the tip in water for a minute. I'm pretty sure that there's a stickied thread with other tips in the Tools and Products section of the forum.
